Welcome to Hooked & Happy! We're a small studio that hand-crochets bags, plushies, and home decor, made to order in small batches. By browsing or buying from hookedandhappy.in, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions - please give them a read before placing an order.
1. General
These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Our Products
Every piece we sell is handmade, one stitch at a time - nothing is machine-made or mass-produced. Because of this:
- Slight variations in size, shape, texture, and colour between pieces are completely natural and are a feature of handmade work, not a defect.
- Product photos are for reference; actual colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Some items are made to order, so quantities and colourways may be limited.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay - we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods offered at checkout.
- We offer free shipping on orders over ₹999.
- We may update prices from time to time; this won't affect orders you've already confirmed.
4. Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received, and you'll get a confirmation email or notification. As our pieces are handmade in small batches, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in rare cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
Since every piece is made to order by hand, please allow a little extra time:
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of being placed.
- Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days across India, depending on your location and our courier partner.
- We're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we'll always help you track your order down.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, patterns, and content on this website belong to Hooked & Happy. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs or photography without our written permission - every design here is the result of real time and care.
7. User Accounts & Wishlist
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity under your account. Your wishlist is saved locally in your browser, so it won't carry over if you switch devices or clear your browser data.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we pour care into every piece, Hooked & Happy will not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction over our studio's registered location.
10. Changes to These Terms
As our studio grows, we may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
